Head Teacher Performance Reviews

We offer governing bodies high quality advice, guidance and support on head teachers’ performance management through the allocation of one of our experienced Achievement Partners (each of whom has been an experienced National Challenge Adviser or SIP).

The service will enable schools and governing bodies to fulfil their statutory requirements for head teachers' performance management. This service is not dependent upon the purchase of the whole Achievement Partners package.

Support will consist of two separate half-day visits, to include:

• half-day review of the school’s performance data and identification of key priorities alongside the leadership of the school
• half-day support for performance management review.
