Support for Capability Process

Working with the school’s HR systems the Achievement Partner will provide pedagogic support and evidence to support capability processes. This might include lesson observation and feedback including advice about how to improve.   Alternatively, this might include a review of the effectiveness of a management or Curriculum Leadership role. It will also  include objective evidence to support capability procedures where necessary.

 Time Commitment

The number of days would be dependent on the nature of the capability issue.  Each visit to equate to ½ day and include, lesson observation, verbal feedback to the member of staff and relevant senior management team member and followed by a written report.
