What are Achievement Partners?

Our Achievement Partners are all highly qualified former head teachers. Our Associates are unique in that all of them are proven and successful leaders in education having been head teachers, inspectors or senior staff in local authorities and educational bodies. Northern Education Achievement Partners (NEAPs) have all been carefully selected to work with Northern Education because of their ability to work positively and creatively with head teachers and governing bodies. Most are trained SIPs or National Challenge Advisers, as well as being accredited Northern Education Associates. There is extensive experience of working with primary, secondary and special school leaders amongst our NEAPS. The NEAP programme has been developed from our experience of providing SIPs and National Challenge Advisers to schools and academies throughout Northern England and beyond. He/she is able to use a range of tools to assist leaders in evaluating priorities and in strategically building capacity.
