What are School Improvement Advisers?

Our School Improvement Advisers are unique in that all of them are proven and successful leaders in education having been head teachers, inspectors or senior staff in local authorities and educational bodies. Northern Education School Improvement Advisers have all been carefully selected because of their ability to work positively and creatively with head teachers and governing bodies. There is extensive experience of working with primary, secondary and special school leaders amongst our Improvement  Advisers. The Northern Education School Improvement programme has been developed from our experience of providing advisers to schools and academies throughout Northern England and beyond. Our Advisers are able to use a range of tools to assist leaders in evaluating priorities and in strategically building capacity.
