Interrogating Performance Data

Staff in schools, including senior leaders and classroom teachers, need to understand the use of performance data in tracking progress and in the evaluation of school outcomes. This may include the use of Raiseonline, Fischer Family Trust data, Jesson data or the Cognitive Abilities Test (CAT) data. Critical to the success of an Ofsted inspection will be a school’s ability to demonstrate accurate analytical judgements based upon a sound understanding and interpretation of data.

Governors of schools also need to be able to understand the fundamental use of data in helping them to interpret examination and assessment results.

We can provide bespoke training programmes or seminars to meet the learning needs of staff and governors in schools and colleges.
