Tracking Systems Review

An Achievement Partner will visit the school and look at the tracking systems in place. This person will look at ways in which information is collected – term on term and throughout the year. They will look at consistency of assessment processes, recording and follow up and ways information is aggregated to give a detailed picture of the progress of pupils.  The visit will involve interviews with staff and a series of challenge questions. Assessment records will also be examined. As an option, this person could also attend a termly Pupil Progress Meeting. A report will be produced making recommendations for actions leading to improvement.

 Time Commitment

1 day on site visit

Optional: attendance at a two hour Pupil Progress Meeting each term, equivalent to I additional day over the year.
